The National Directorate of Youth Connekt Cameroon is the entity responsible for leading, supervising and coordinating all program initiatives across the national territory. It serves as a bridge between the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC), institutional partners, the private sector, youth organizations and program beneficiaries. It ensures that Youth Connekt Cameroon programs, events and initiatives are implemented in a coherent, transparent and effective manner.
The National Coordination of Youth Connekt Cameroon ensures planning, monitoring and support for young people across the country.
Define annual priorities and objectives for each edition of the program in order to maximize its impact on youth.
Oversee the logistical organization of flagship events and programs such as the National Convention, the Cluster Challenge and Siprome Jeunes.
Measure results and impact of initiatives, collect data and propose recommendations to improve actions.
Build strong relationships with public institutions, the private sector, youth organizations and international partners.
Support young participants by providing guidance, mentorship and the necessary resources to bring their projects to life.
Ensure promotion of program activities, youth awareness and the showcasing of successes and available opportunities.
